In almost all cases, a missing ball python will be found within 10' of its original enclosure. Start from there and do a slow, meticulous search in a circular pattern around the enclosure, working your way out.

Check every possible nook, cranny, crack, crevice, hole, or gap. Check behind furniture and under furniture...in your drawers and behind the drawers. These creatures will astonish you with their ability to cram themselves into and through the smallest spaces...as well as climb to heights you never thought possible. If there's any space that you dismissed as too small for the snake to go...or too high for it to reach....check there!

    Good luck!

thanks to all for the little hints and stuff. he was in my dresser (not my girlfriends lol)... i decided to just lay in bed with the lights off and cover my room floor with newspaper so i could hear him moving around.. it took bout a half hour then i could hear him in my dresser. i have no idea how he got in but i had to take it apart to get him out. he bit me twice but i finally got him :carrot: at least now i wont forget to snap the lid down
