Can RTB's secretes a smell?

Hi, last week I was cleaning Nala's enclosure and i smelt her (dont ask) and she smelt fine. She had some poo smeres on her so I washed her under luke warm water just a little and after wards I smelt her and she smelt really bad. Not like poop or anything just a bad smell. I think it might of been because she iddnt like the water? the next day I smelt her and she smelt fine. Anyone have this happen or know if boa's can secrete a smell? I know my garter snake used to do this whenever I took him out but it was a different smell.

Maybe she musked you? I don't have any experience with being musked, so a boa expert here should be able to help. :)

I find that the smell is usually from urates dried on. I've had this happen a few times to me.....Well my snakes

I am not sure if boas can musk. i had a ball python musk me before; it was a wild-caught adult that i had for a short time, from a pet store. The musk smelled just like it does when a garter snake hits you with it.. absolutely horrific! Was it different than the "normal" smell of urate or poop?

Ya it didn't really smell like urate or poop. She could have musked me?
