Pasture board is the best :)

I just wanted to glow a little bit about my love for pasture-boarding the horses. Since the weather is nice now, I keep them out 24-7 (I might bring them into the barn tonight because there are thunderstorm warnings.) The grazing is perfect, and literally it costs us pennies a day to keep them, and that is only because we do grain in the am and pm. We could probably cut the grain right out, but i like having something to give to them and bringing them in/out for a half hour or so in the evening to grain, is a nice way to look them over and check for any cuts, pick feet, etc. It is also better for them, since especially Emma, would rather be outside than in their stalls.
