    Bravo!!!!

Now when something happens we don't have to wait for congress to decide if that area is deserving of national disaster status. I like the idea

As long as Bush isn't busy reading children's books to elementary students if/when a disaster ever happens. What about the detention centers for Americans in case of an emergency? Don't most areas already have places to go in case of such emergencies?

In most cases yes but just like with Katrina where 3/4 of my state was with out power and water for weeks with 10's of thousands of people evacuated the shelters tend to get filled rather quickly and by those closest to them and run short on supplys.

No I don't smell the rise of a dictator. Bush is going to be out of office pretty soon and can't get back in. So basically ... no.

What could go wrong? Every decision King George makes turns out well! I mean, gosh, remember when the gov't had to waste time getting search warrents? Thank goodness all the bulky checks and balances are being removed from our gov't, they've done nothing for us!

    Oh, the best part?
The document also contains “classified Continuity Annexes.”
    I feel safer already. :D

This will go for future presidents, as well. I don't think I want any of the following as a dictator:
George Bush, Hillary Clinton, Obama, anyone else the NWO gives us to choose between, Kevin Spacey, Angelina Jolie, Charlton Heston (well, maybe Heston)[...] Basically I don't ever want a dictator.
