    finally
Im finally getting my girl on thursday and i was wondering what i should do the first day. I've heard alot of things about handling the first day to not handiling for three weeks, wondering about some peoples opinion on that.

    I'll post pic's ASAP

Check her out when you get home, then put her in her tank and leave her be for a week, other than regular maintenance (cleaning any messes, changing of filling water, etc). After a week, present her with food and see if she eats. If so, I'd still give her another week and at least one more meal before taking her out for any extended period of handling.

I know it's hard but you and your snake will appreciate it in the long run!

Once setup let your BP adjust to her new environment for at least a week (do not handle her unless you must for enclosure maintenance), after a week has passed try to offer food, then wait an additional 48 hours if feeding was successful before handling.

If feeding was not successful I would recommend you to limit your handling until your first successful feeding.
