    Shedding time? Help!
    Well, Darty has funny bluish lookin eyes now and one has a dent in it am i doing something wrong or is he about to shed? He has been staying in his home more.

    Bump his humidity up to about 65%.... What type of setup do you have???

    When you bump the humidity up the dent will be gone within hours.... And hopefully youll have a full shed in a couple days....

    ten gallon tank, undertank heater, aspen litter, hides and a black phosphorus light. how does one bump up the humidity

    Is the screen top covered with aluminum foil yet? If not, do that to start. Then i would put a bigger water dish in there with him. Should work for you. Or pick yourself up a rubbermaid tub from target.

    Duct tape the aluminum to the top, i would leave like a third of the screen un taped, for the heat lamp or whatever. You should see a huge difference in your humidity. What are you using to measure temps/humidity???

    You should only cover about 75% of the screen top, otherwise he'd get no air *gasp*
