First shed with me was perfect,,couple pics!

Anyways,

A few days ago I noticed my boys eyes clouding over so I knew this day was coming. When I got home from work today I noticed he had shed. After inspecting both the snake and the shed it was a perfect complete shed, eyecaps and all. He looks beautiful, very vibrant even if he's just a normal.

Thanks guys! I was so excited to see both of his eye caps in his shed as apposed to being stuck to his eyes. I have one more "first time BP owner experience" to make it through and that's him making a dookie. Everything else is checked off.

Looks like he got his tail cleared out!

I fed mine the biggest mouse he'd ever had a week ago and I swear he ballooned up overnight. He's got this ridiculous fat tail now like that other pic you posted.

I thought the same exact thing but there was no poop when I checked his cage. His tail defineatly slimmed down but he hasnt pooped as far as I can tell. I asked Kara at NERD about the lack of pooping and she said don't even worry about it, it will happen.

I just dont know where it all goes, tonight will make about 6-7 weeks in a row he has had two mice. He must be ready to explode!

mine's doing great! expecting him to go into blue again any day now.

I am now feeding 2 mice once a week also - he finally got thick enough around the middle that one mouse didn't make enough of a meal :)

he's my fat little sausage!!!!!!!!
he's getting really muscular now too...his thin little baby neck is noticably thicker now. He's so much fun :)

Mine had a fat tail and I thought a #2 was coming for sure. He's getting ready to shed so he's been spending all his time soaking. One day he was soaking but had his back half hanging in his hide. Later I checked and sure enough there was a fresh white-one there. His tail slimmed quite a bit after that.

"Man I'm constipated! I haven't peed for weeks!" :eek:

btw, he's about the same age as mine I think - maybe a little bit older.

I have found what I beleive to be urate twice but nothing else. He seems to be doing great so no worries as of yet.
