    my friend ann has a BP she can't take with her when she moves out of her parents house in a few weeks. i told her i would take it from her so now i have 2 BPs.

    he has a scar or something on his head though.. any ideas on what its from? or if i should be doing something about it?

    Wow, that's a pretty bad scar on his head. It's healed over so there really isn't anything you could or should do for him. It's nice to see that you've been able to give him a good home, though. :gj: He looks healthy and has nice colors/blushing. :sunny:

    Oh, and the scar looks like it could have been caused by a bad rat bite or he could have scraped himself on something in his cage. You just want to make sure any sheds around the scar come completely off.

    I don't know what it's from but it looks like it hurt.:eek:

    Seems healed enough not to be a problem but just keep the humidity up during shedding and check it to make sure it doesn't reopen when he sheds. He looks pretty otherwise - I think it adds character.:)

    thats what i figured, he moulted at her house 2 days before i took him and it looks like all the skin came off.
    he is such a pretty boy! i just wanted to make sure it wasn't something to be worried about.
    i'm glad to have him :)

    i can't imagine what it must have looked like when it happened! i'll pay close attention to it when he sheds next time
