    The walls are closing in
It's day 47, and I've started noticing some denting. I'm starting to get nervous .... a bit. I know humidity is NOT an issue, so I'm guessing this is normal. I thought the denting occurred a bit closer to the actual hatching, and these don't look 'done' yet when I candle them. Too much space in there. I'm I freaking out over nothing?

It's kinda sad to see my pretty eggs all crinkly, but then I come to my senses and realize that soon I'll have pretty babies.... hopefully!!! http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k1...rossed11-1.gif

Oh and thank you Jon. I appreciate the words of reassurance.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. As Jon said, eggs dimple/dent at different times, but usually I start seeing it 2-3 weeks before pipping. Some do it more than others. I can't wait to see pics of the little ones - should be in about a 10 days, right?

I think they'll go a bit longer than 10 days, as I've incubated at about 88 degrees. I'm hoping they hold out for 3 weeks until I get back from my trip, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Completely normal for approx 47 days, nothing to worry about. ;) They will gradually dimple even more over the next couple of weeks.
