weight of a small-small rat?

i am looking to stock up on either rats of mice for my BP, i was just wondering how much a small small rat weighed. i have heard that a small small rat is the largest thing a BP ever has to eat. so i want to stock up im tired of buying 3 at a time. and just wanted to know the size cause on rodentpro.com they're only pups and small rats. thanks

Well it always depends on the seller or the person raising their rats I personnaly don't feed anything bigger then a 4 weeks old rat which are usually around 60 grams.

does anyone know anyother places to buy F/T in bulk, i have checked out rodentpro and gourmet rodent. just wanna check everything out. if anyone uses any of these could you give me an idea of service? shipping? overall product?

I've never had an experience with them.

I ordered a huge load of rats from rodent pro and they skipped the dry ice and the order arrived THAWED. The service was so great so I would say that they are top of the line. I had my replacement order within the week.

Another option is ARS AmericanRodentSupply. Excellent quality, very clean rats and mice, great customer service. They also sell ARS racks (High end like FB racks, if you are interested)
