    Greetings from Sin City
Greetings and salutations from fabulous Las Vegas Nevada. We (my daughter and I) just happened across this forum, and as new snake enthusiasts and computer geeks (myself more so than my daughter on that count) we made new accounts (one for both of us of course) to meet fellow enthusiasts and hopefully learn a lot about our new family member (Sasha, a 2 year old ball python shown in the ava).

We are sharing a computer also, for the moment (hopefully soon to be remedied). At any rate, hi, and whatnot. Hope to be a productive member of your lil community here for a long time to come.

Welcome to BPNet (both you and your daughter!). BPNet is no more addicting than ball pythons themselves. We started with one snake, we how have 15! LOL (13 ball pythons, 1 milksnake, 1 boa). Welcome to the site and the wonderful experience of sharing your life with a snake. :)

Haha, thanks for the warm welcome. Kerria (my daughter) will be along to post shortly I am sure. I am quite aware of how addicting some forums can be, especially when the core group of people has developed a great sense of community, and almost family, if you know what I mean. MySpace, at least IMO, is EVIL! Kerria loves it though. Heh, I guess I can share what is, at least now, embarrasing. I had a kind of scary experience with a snake when I was very little, and I have been deathly afraid of them for 25+ years, so I was apprehensive about the whole snake thing to begin with. Well, once I got used to watching her (her tank is above my computer) I decided to hold her one day... Fear ended at that point, and now, shes totally awesome! I apologize for the crappy quality of this picture, and you really can't see all of her that well, but I'm going to try to post a pic so you can see her a little better.
