    temperature help !
I just got a new thermometer and I have placed it under the substrate and on every care sheet all the temperatures are measured in °f not in °c

And my thermometer only shows °c

    So what is 90°f – 92°f in °c?

(Btw im using a heat mat which is taking up 2/3 of the viv)

    small? :P

    Seriously buddha102,

It's recomended the heat mat cover between 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottom of the tank if it is the primary source of heat.

Of course you could be using a second form to generate the hot end temps which would make the mat in the middle third ok as long as the cool end was right.

There are some handy online temp convertors - I tend to just type "convert from centigrade to farenheight" and pick one.

Now of only I could find one that lists the dimensions of the tanks clasified by volumes in america. :)
