*sighs* I'm not shocked any more about anything that happens in FL.
That vet is down the street my my folks house...it's a very small town I dont understand why they took him there hmm...

that's sad, I had a pet gopher once, although only for a little while. I know they're protected but I took him in from someone who had caught him as a little baby and raised him up, he was in bad shape, very pyramided shell and all. I started feeding him right and ended up turning him over to Clemson University.

He was a sweet little guy, although he was only about 6 pounds when he left me, couldn't imagine him at 30!
