Are the Fluker's digital as well? If so, the variance in humidity could likely be an indication that the humidity isn't exactly the same throughout the entire enclosure....which is true of many enclosures, especially larger ones.

There are a number of steps you could take to bump the humidity:

-- Mist daily (or more often as needed) with a squirt bottle
-- Put a humidifier in the room and raise the ambient humidity of the room itself
-- Put a wide, shallow water bowl on the warm side of the enclosure
-- Place a damp sponge on top of each hide (be sure to change out with fresh sponges every 3-4 days to prevent mold or mildew from building up)

    That's just a few ideas...hope it's helped some.

Yea the fluckers is digital, as far as misting I have a wooden enclouser so I am affraid to mist it too much I try to spray the tree in there and the hides since they are plastic. But not sure what else to do I jsut got aspen bedding which I will instal in my new tank when I get it all set up. I am just not sure what size to get for him I was thinking about 15 to 20 gal tank since he is only about 19 inches long. Not sure what to do next thoe.

move the water bowl closer to the heat and i hope the wood is sealed or no matter what you do the wood will just suck the humidity out of the enclosure personally if i was wanting a cage id get one of the pvc ones they look better than a tank and you wont have to do anything to have good humidity.

I will be getting a 20 gal tank from petco its glass so I will be able to mist it without having to worry about any wood sucking anything up. I have aspen bedding ready for the new tank, ranco on the way and as soon as it comes in I will get the UTH and will be set.
