Harley is a hottie too, but that's expected if it's from Emily.

too cute! :aww: tons of great pics! my fav of chomper is definitely the eye licking shot and my fav of harley is the last, close up one. they are looking great! :gj:
it is so great to get updates--so many of my babies go off and i never really know how they are doing after they go. makes the whole thing kinda bittersweet, but i just have to hold out for the few people like you that do give updates! thanks lisa! :sunny:

Depends on what you consider expensive....these 2 were very reasonable, they are males so they are going to be less than a female...and now I need 2 females! As for their care...I really have had no problems except for Chomper not growing as fast as he should have, but after adding crickets daily...which you devours daily LOL he is doing great. You really have to keep their humidity where it should be.....I did not realize how important it was until my Chomper was not "sticking" Took me forever to figure out there was nothing wrong with him....it was me and not keeping his humidity right....now he is back to his gecko glue self LOL You can go to the caresheet forum and read up on them there and check out the gecko forum for more info......you know you gotta get one:P
Re: For Emily and Christie...duw
Thanks everyone:D I must say that I am very pleased with how well most of these pics turned out....actually I was stunned. I am not know for taking an infocus pic let alone a centered nice looking pic...just ask my hubby...he will not let me take pics:P I had to go out and get my own camera and I think I finally have the hang of getting close up photos without having to max my zoom lol

cresteds are about the easiest gecko to take care of. the initial setup will be the biggest expense, after that it's mostly just the cost of food and replacement substrate which can be just paper towels. food is inexpensive--a $5 bottle of cgd will last one gecko about a month or so and you can get crickets at a local petstore for something like 10 cents per cricket.
