feeding during shed, is it ok?
Just got back from the pet store with food for my snake and noticed he is about to shed, blue eyes the whole works, is it still ok to feed him? I need to know or else I have two mice with no where to keep them

Just seems like i heard somewhere I shouldn't, maybe I am making things up though.

Yes, it's fine. I do it all the time.

But I do have some that have no interest in feeding while blue. If he is willing to feed, there is no harm in doing so ;)

I fed my male when he was in shed, he ate just fine, only difference was he missed on his first strike and was kinda confused on where the mouse went, but he made sure he didnt miss on the 2nd strike. Grats on him nailing the first one. :carrot:

Sorry to steal thread but I had a question, How many mice should be fed every week. I was told two, my BP is almost 2 feet in lenght Id say little over 1 1/2 to be safe.
