    rat snake; not so bad.
My friend has an adult male rat snake in her store. He is pretty fiesty; none of the employees (besides the owner) will even open his tank, let alone deal with him at all.
So, I felt like it was almost a challenge to prove them wrong that he is "nasty and likes to bite people.." Since I recently got a corn, I feel a little more confident with snakes that are faster and thinner than BPs..I had long sleeves on and so I just reached in and picked him up. :) He did not care; he had his head in the strike pose, but my big arm coming at him was definately not a food item; he was almost perplexed looking as I picked him up. And nope, I did not get killed/bitten/mutilated like they thought I would :)
She really wants to find a home for him, but since he is not mine, I can't post him on the boards.. not sure what we are going to do.
