They make up her main diet. For smaller frogs I would recommend more variation because they're still growing and forming bone mass, but rats work great for adults.
Vitamin powder is necessary for neonates and subadults, or there is a risk of metabolic bone disease. I fed large crickets, nightcrawler worms and waxworms when she was smaller.

I just sold mine yesterday, he was a mouse/ rat eater.

People's eyes bug out of their head when we let them watch her eat.. it boggles their minds!

That's not a frog eating a rat...it's a rat looking for its lost keys. "I know I left 'em in here somewhere!" :P
