    Feeding Question
With the past few feedings my snake has been striking very fast. The mouse is usually with him for under a minute before he strikes. I was wondering if this means hes been really hungry and I should feed him more? Im not sure if you can really "overfeed" a snake....Ive been feeding him on a weekly basis but just fed him today, two days early of his normal feeding schedule, and he seemed to have no problems eating ahead of schedule.

second, nope it means hes a healthy guy! mine strikes in under a minute too and i feed him every friday. it honestly might have to do something with his hunger, but its hard to tell....what size mouse are you feeding him?

from what i have learned here you can "overfeed" a snake... it's not bad, just the snake will start to not eat, or even show intrest in food, for a while so it can catch up.

i assume you mean 20" (inches) not feet haha. my guy is about the same size and he eats adult mice (20 grams or so) once a week.

Yeah I mean inches, if he was 20 feet long he'd probably be eating me and not a lil mouse :p
