    Ugh....2ft of water in basement this morning....
    We've been here about two years, and had heavy rain before and this never happened. I don't know what to do. Have no money to call someone to fix it, don't know how to get the water out either.Everything in the basement is FLOATING, and the furnace is down there....so now we have no working heater. I just wanna cry. Someone at work told me to call the insurance company.

    my whole family had to pitch in a couple of years ago to have my grandmothers basement fixed! 20 GRAND and two years later dry as a bone down there!

    Get you a sump pump and a long length of hose to fit it run the hose out in the street or down your sewer "clean out" and pump it dry.

    After being pumped 1 word. FANS! Lotsa fans to try and dry it out fast asap! Sorry to hear that though.

    Bingo then have some one come and find the leak it might just be that some bricks are leaking or a wall fixing to cave in.
