Bad news for BP breeders in Utah....

It really sucks!!!! Other states could jump on board.......
And the reasons given were totally ridiculous. esp the waste part!!! I don't think 50 BPs would make as much poop in a year as a good size german shepherd would make in a coupla days!!!
