That is gross...but you have to wonder why you would stick your hand that close to a free crock!

I believe the man was a vet/caretaker that had tranquilized the croc and was reaching in to retrieve the dart after he thought it was sedated.

It's so clean and perfect its almost unreal, and acually makes it even grosser. That is very disturbing.

Well I'm scratching crocs off my list of animals I want to be a vet for. (not that I ever wanted to work with crocs in the first place.)

I'm wondering why the fingers were curled into a loose fist. You'd think being severed from the nervous system, it would lay limp.

Its amazing the power, and i think it is such a clean "cut" because of a very fast death roll that he prob did

Saw a guy get his arm torn off at the elbow it was: chomp, roll, pop goes the weasel, off came the arm. All in like .5 seconds.

Well by the looks of the recovery picture it seems he got his arm reattached...
