    KSB honeymoon
I have two new Kenyan Sand Boas. I only have the larger (male) of the two photoed, because the smaller (female) had just eaten and I did not want to manipulate her.

I love these snakes! They are so neat!

Since these photos (two days ago) I have the tank arranged a bit better. I will post new habitat pictures soon (maybe by today's end).

Anyone else have or love sand boas?

I love my Kenyan. He was my first snake and is the biggest sweetheart snake I have yet to meet. He's so docile and has never been headshy and is quite expressive with his eyes for a snake. He actually makes it a point to look at you and he loves to sniff sniff sniff!
I named him Kyo which is Japanese for "ginger" and he is a ginger! :D

Here's a pic of him from last May. I need to take new ones, he's grown quite a bit!

Very pretty little kenyan.. nice orange.

Are you housing yours together? It's really not a good idea to do that if you are.. snakes don't like living with other snakes generally, and cannibalism is known to occur.

Nope, that was just the first day (they had been together full time before I got them). I have two 10gals now, plus about 3 times as much substrate!
