    Ok,i know americans are pretty big into beef jerky.jack links alone sold over 12,000 tonnes in 2005.its hard to get it in ireland, but i ordered some from a guy in the UK and damn that stuff is amazin.only got 4 bags to start with though,but lets just say they didnt last too long.
    gonna be ordering me some more pretty soon,it is kind of addictive.

    If you like the stuff, read up on making it. Its a pretty long process but the end result is as much jerky flavor and you could ever want!!

    yeah, iv read some recipies for it alright,might try it at some stage alright.might try it with venison actually cause some peopel i know hunt deer sometimes,venison jerky is supposed to be pretty nice aswell.

    Yea, it's definitely good. My friend hunts and they always make some jerky.

    I used to be a jerkey fan--but not so much anymore. It's VERY salty. I had salmon jerky in Alaska...and it was delicious. Realitives made their own and it was a sad day when the supply they gave us ran out :(

    I usually buy my beef jerky from a place called Ken Weaver Meats and it is DELISH! we also get other stuff like beef links...and smoked swiss cheese.

    I have also ate deer jerky many a times...My Dad is "the great white hunter" LOL! I really like it ;)
