KUDOS to Rich at Reptile basics

I started ordering from Reptile basics last week and I have an order on the way. Both my orders were shipped the sameday and only took about 4 days for my first order to arrive via Fedex home delivery. My other order a Helix t-stat is scheduled to arrive Friday. Not to sound like an echo, but Rich is the man. Fast delivery all the time, no excuses. He was very helpful with getting my set up working properly.

Rich is great! However, after my last shipment I was vacuuming up styro peanuts for weeks:P ...but at least the rack arrived in one piece!
