    lighting
Just wondering peoples thoughts on this...i understand crested dont require supplimental lighting, but i have noticed my gecko, which is pretty dosile now compared to when i first got him, well he doesnt seem to fire up so often if even at all, just wondering if it could be a light thing, or just that he doesnt feel the need to fire up. My other gecko is like on constant fireup, we just recently got him like a week ago. so what do you think?

all cresteds are different. some stay fired up almost all the time, some rarely get fired up and some go back and forth several times throughout the day. most of the time they get fired up at night when it is dark and they are active, so if you leave a light on they will often show their daytime (not fired up) colors even if it is night, since there is still visible light around them.
