Torture!

Ok, my female is due to lay anytime now. I was just wondering if there was any particular behavior to look for. Is it really bad that I check on her 4 times a day. (I'd probably check on her more often but I'm not in the house :oops: ) She seemed to be contorting a bit this afternoon and this evening, which is unusual compared to her normally laying in a coil. Unfortunately, the weird behavior is making me want to check on her MORE often.

I think I also need either medication or someone to lock the room so I can't get in there. (although I can see myself scaling the outside of the house to get in through the second floor window :doh: )

I believe, contortion= eggs being aligned for lay :D

I could be wrong but if I made your condition worse I'll pay for the meds. However if you fall of the house while trying to get into the second story window you're on your own :P :rockon:

I am the same way. I cant stop looking at my girls eaither. I dont think the occational peak will hurt them .. well thats what I keep telling myself:rolleye2:

Yup, I'm resisting the urge to run upstairs and double check.... maybe she wasn't contorting maybe she was just rolling over. Snakes do that, right? :doh: I think you might have made it worse.... I think I may need someone to sit on me. :oops:

I think I may need some consoling! Wanna volunteer? :please: I'm going nuts. I wasn't even this freaked when I was delivering my first child!!! :O (I was being making phone calls while my husband freaked)
