caresheet or info on leachies..

Hi I am thinking about getting a leachie. Could someone tell me there requirements. Including
-temps
-humidity
-size enclosure for adult
-how big they get
any other info would be great.

leachies can grow to be up to 17 inches long including their tail (13 inches snout to vent). they can be up to 400 grams in weight but more often are somewhere between 200-300 grams. the size and weight is dependent on what type or morph leachie you get. grande terre leachie (rhacodactylus leachianus leachianus) types/morphs are the largest.

hatchlings and juvies can be kept in smaller enclosures, but adults should be housed in a vertically oriented enclosure that is 36-48 inches tall. you should provide cork bark hollows for shelter/hides or something similar that emulates tree hollows (for hatchlings and juvies a empty paper towel tubes work well). a few other branches for climbing can be used along with some sturdy plants.

humidity should be around 60% but lower is okay if a shallow dish of water is available at all times and you mist several times per day. temperatures between 68-78 are best but can be slightly lower (65 degrees) or slightly higher (80 degrees) for very short periods of time.
