    food?
    i have a crestie and i gave him/her some baby food applesause to be exact and i was wondering how often should i change the food. i put some in last night and forgot about it and i noticed its eating right now how long does baby food last before it goes bad?

    fyi, you should only feed baby food as an occassional treat as it is very high in sugar which is not good for cresteds. however, it should last between 24-48 hours depending on how humid it is in your enclosure. after that it will start to mold and should be removed.

    get some of the t-rex crested gecko diet and feed that instead of baby food. just mix with water and leave in the cage for up to 48 hours for your gecko to eat. easy and nutritious!
