question
is it normal that my bp hasent eat in like 4months?
-
Re: question
It happens. 4 months is a little long tho...
Can you tell us a little about your set up? temps? humidity? tank or tub?
-
Re: question
yeah, just make sure temps, humidity, and hides are all up to par and he'll come out of it. also, make sure he's stilla healthy weight.
it might have been that your were feeding him to much during the warmer months. they also slow down in the winter sometimes not even because of temperature. i believe it has a lot to do with barometric pressure changes that they sense telling them to slow down.
mind telling us what your husbandry is, how big your ball python is and what your feeding schedule was before he stopped eating?

Re: question
Is it "normal"?
If your husbandry is spot on, no.
If your husbandry is off (fluctuating temps by a few degrees, overhandling, overfeeding, incorrect humidity, too large an enclosure, hides too large, etc), then yes it's normal.
I have 15 ball pythons, not a single one of mine has fasted this winter.
Please provide more details about your set-up (pictures would be best) and perhaps we can help you figure out what's thrown your snake off feed.
