    One question leads to the next...
    How many females can a single male breed without causing him physical harm or an outcome of less sperm count/less babies produced?

    I currently rotate 6 females through a single male, two at a time.

    I do the same as you do - one male, six females, two with litters, two resting, two with Caesar.


    I think most people retired the male at 20-24 months old (I think).

    I haven't noticed any smaller litters (ie, lower sperm count) as a result of rotating the females this way. I average 12+ babies per litter
