Are these follicles

my female ball python has lock up with my male for about for times wasnt sure is she was gravid because she didnt seem all that fat....

so tried to palpate her being a newbie at this as i was feeling her belly just about 5 inches from her rectum( :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r: hole ) i felt three to 4 bumps on here with small intervals( did it 3times and it was constant ) it felt hard and round... are these follicles...?
( she hasnt eaten for about 3-4weeks now so her colon migth be empty)....

so do i heve eggs or just bumps:D

first off, they have cloacas.


how big did they feel? if they felt like pea or marble size they probably are. and if she is empty for sure it would make sense.

i know that the lower half of the body of the snake is were you start feeling for it but what part of the the lower half will you start to feel the follicles....? those it start rigth at the middle or near its cloaca......?

Plus if these are follicles does these mean that they are already fertilize or do do i need to re introduce my male to fertilize them....? sorry for the lame questions

i felt mine just a little bit lower than half way. i would keep pairing until you see ovulation, someone with more experience than me may say different, but thats what i did this year and my female is about to EXPLODE she is so fat. there is no lame question, and hopefully someone with more experience can help out even more.
