Excaped!! =/
:rainon: I'm so sad!!! Lilly got out last night and I have to go back to school tomorrow! :tears: I'm visiting my mom for my spring break and I had to bring Lilly. I've been here all week and she has been fine, then when we woke up this morning...no Lilly! :depressed I was supposed to go back to OK this morning, but I called into work and told them I couldn't get back in time. :worry: I have been looking everywhere, and I'm going to go get a couple of mice and put them out to see if I can lure her out. I have to leave tomorrow at the latest....and what if I can't find her?! :tears: I don't want to leave her here!! I was so happy that I was going to be able to get her back to my room and in her proper cage today... I just want my girly back and safe :rainon:

Look under the fridge or anything else that would offer her a nice hot spot. Look everywhere even the places you think are impossible hiding spots. Good luck I hope you find your baby.

and look in every nook and cranny of your cage! is there anything (a log for example) that she could squeeze into...

Awe man, check under cushions too. When mine got out it didn't go too far. Retrace your steps. Good luck.
Let's find Lily! Let's find Lily! Let's find Lily! Let's find Lily! Let's find Lily!

Re: Excaped!! =/
I wish it was possible for her to be hidden in her cage...Since I'm at home I couldn't bring the whole set up so it's kinda a make shift one. Just for this week there was only one hide and a whole bunch of balled up paper towels. She was in a bag actually with a drawstring, b/c although my mom got some sort of tub for her, we couldn't get anything (temps, humidity) even close to right and since in the bag the temps were ok, she has been in there. That's why I was so happy to be able to take her back to school today so she could go back in her own proper cage. The little sneak....just last night I was showing her to my cousin and her husband and he had to say "what if you wake up and she's wrapped around your arm or something!" And of course I had to say..." Oh I don't think she can get out of that..." :ohmygod: Yeah...probablly shouldn't have said that...

My first snake got out of his tank one night and I looked everywhere! It was one room and I tore it apart. I couldn't find him anywhere, till this day I still have no idea where he was but 1 month later he woke me up by knocking something down and I was so happy. I don't understand how I didn't find him until a month later, he must of been hiding somewhere real good. All I'm sayin is check every possible place, I thought I did but I must have missed something obviously, and his was in that one little room the entire time. I wish you the best of luck!

Re: Excaped!! =/
Thanks! I'm about to head out and buy a few mice to lure her out tonight. I know she is hungery (which may be part of the reason she decided to go exploring) b/c I didn't feed her last week since she was in shed and I was getting ready to bring her down here (I didn't want her to take a car ride with a full belly) So I hope she will come after them tonight. My mom's house is...trashed at best =/ And all the doors are open so Lilly has full run of the house if she wants it. *brat* I just hope she's hungery enough to eat tonight...it's a 5 hour drive back to school and I really don't want to have to make it without her. My mom and brother went out of town this week too, so she would be home alone all week, and I'd be in another state....*sigh* not somthing I want to do. =/

Re: Excaped!! =/
may i suggest, next time, leave your snake at home for the week. it's so much better than stressing out your snake. they don't appreciate, want or need a vacation :P
i sure hope you find her... but if you don't, can your parents watch out for her for ya?

Speaking of that, I think i'm leaving for a week soon. If I feed the snake before I leave do you think it would be OK without a water change for that week?
