    Terrafauna Hotblock?
So i found this, it looks to be basically a flat heat rock, kinda like a under tank heater. Now I realize putting it INSIDE the tank would be a no no! but I was wondering, if I simply set the tank on top of the hot block, since it is flat, would I be able to use it as an extra under tank heater? (obviously with use of a thermostat)

Basically im asking has anyone heard anything about these? I looked online and couldn't find any info. Thanks

The hot block is 120vac 60Hz and on the back it says
Hot Block, Desert - Color : Black Model Number: 16907

That would be about the same or more trouble than just sticking on an UTH.

Yeah, thats what i was thinking. I currently have a leopard gecko though, it's still a baby, in a 10 gallon and I'm using a heat lamp for heat, I was thinking with this I could ditch the heat lamp. Also next month i'm looking to get something new, probly for my wife. I just wanted to make sure it'd be fine to use as a uth
