Reptile Depot- not going so hot.

I ordered a Crested Gecko enclosure two weeks ago from Reptile Depot. I received no confirmation emails of the order being fulfilled or of it being shipped. I did, however get a nice charge to my card from them. I have emailed them twice now, once receiving a very robotic general statement saying "Orders are received on Mondays." The second time, I have not gotten a reply yet. :hmm:
So is this thing in the mail, or is it still sitting in their store?

Has anyone purchased from them before? How did your experience go?

i'm sorry to hear about this! i've ordered from them MANY times and never had a problem. i've ordered all my adult crested gecko caging and lots of supplies and other goods from them. it takes slightly longer than some other places but we're talking like 10 days max.

i've always gotten confirmation e-mails and i think i get tracking information when the order ships too (not certain on that, as it's been a little while since i ordered anything).

something must have gone wrong with your order...is there a phone number on their site? that might be your best bet at this point.

hello sometimes with reptile depot if you oder after a certain time on monday your order waits to go out the following thursday of the next week.Bummer huh its wierd how the charge you right away ,had same experience \with reptile city. the tinman :sunny:

Saying that, of course, it'll be on my front step tomorrow. :D

i bought my normal from them. they are good and do know what they are doing i never did shipping with them because i live closeby there. as far as im concerned, they are great!

I was right, it came today. LOL :8: :oops:
