    Banded or Reduced Pattern
I was wondering where I can find some very good examples of banded or reduced pattern. The reason why, I stopped by petco today and as always wandered by their reptile section and they had about 6 or so ball pythons. Eliz, the reptile lady saw me looking and asked if I wanted to hold some, I said sure and picked up a couple when I instantly noticed one that was darker in color and had NO alien markings on its side what so ever. It had the alien heads but without the eyes? If you get what i mean.

I looked at some pictures that I could find and it seems to look more like the banded due to the fact that it had a few alien heads without the eyes. It also had a couple of spots on the back where the stripe is. I can try and get back there and get some pictures :-D

    Thanks for any help though

The one at the pet store, looks A LOT like Sullivan in Rabernet's gallery. Blushing on the back, alien heads with no eyes. But yeah, no doubting it, the snake I saw (and played with) looks like Sullivan.

I'm going to go back to the pet store tomorrow and see if Eliz is there and will let me take a couple of pictures. I'll make up some excuse to do so, and post em here. If everyone else is as impressed as I am, I may have to figure out a way to get the little guy (or girl) How I'll do that seeing as we low on cash is beyond me, but with RDR proving out reduced patterns/bandeds in 03, I couldn't pass up that chance!

If Wild Bill still has him/her maybe he can update us with some new pictures of what it looks like now.

The one at the pet store doesn't have as much pattern going on as that one I dont believe, if i remember correctly. That is a pretty snake though :)

My girl Bela.. not yet proven genetic. Many BPs out there have a reduced pattern; I am pretty sure you'd have to prove it out through breeding, to show it as a genetic reduced though.

Some are genetic, and some are not. They are more common than not though, but still awesome!

This is my Velvet project I am working on:
