    Thats quality btw are they hard to keep, my next snake snake will probly be a boa of some sort or ill get a pair of corns or kings for breeding.

    If you keep the humidity high then they shouldn't be that hard to keep.

    Depends on your definition of ' hard ' ....they do need higher humidity than Kings and Corns ......if you put the work in properly with the viv...then I would say not hard .....you deff cant just throw them in and walk away . Way I look at it ...you take on a responcebilty when you decide to care for any animal or reptile , thats your choice , the animal/reptile does not have that same choice . We owe it to them to provide the best environment for them to flourish . JMHO

    what are they like to handle once they mature? (I know they can be nippy while young)

    mine is the most gentle snake ever, he is even less skiddish than some of my ball pythons and it young, and i know someone else that has one that will try to bite you if you look at it.

    also to the original poster, i would love to see some pics of your viv. :)
