    W00t! 2nd feeding no problems!
Random post, but this is the 2nd time I have had to feed Max and he has taken the mouse, with little time. The first time i took out his hides to give him more room and plopped the mouse in, so he was wide awake, and he took it almost instantly. This time around all I did was plop the mouse in and waited. about 5 min passed with the mouse running around and then I saw Max poke his head out of his hide looking around. Then the mouse walked right over to him and BAM! Ambush from the comfort of his own hide. After he killed it he dragged it into his hide where somehow he found enough room to eat the mouse. Panic soon followed when I saw him doing weird things with his jaw, so I assumed it was him locking his jaw back in place, but nope, I was wrong. A piece of bedding got caught in his mouth and he couldnt get it out. So I ran to my moms room, grabbed her tweezers and ran back and gently pulled the bedding out. He sat there for a min, looked like he was just trying to calm down, then went back into his hide. Tweezers are now soaking in a cup filled to the brim in Rubbing acohol, but my mom still went out and bought new ones, lmao. Heres some pics:
