Re: My new ball. Too skinny?
I wouldn't say "starving" but just feed him/her weekly and if it takes food, then your good!
Re: My new ball. Too skinny?
when you lay the ball on a flat surface, is there a triangular shape (raised dorsal) or does it seem round.oval.
did you get a feeding card or history on the snake from the seller?
feed it the same way it has been eating weekly and things will even out.

Nope.. But the seller said that he/she ate last time two days ago.
Re: My new ball. Too skinny?
like others have said it is not starving. maby just a tad thin. just feed it well and it will plump right up to where you like them
Re: My new ball. Too skinny?
Too skinny for my tastes... Make sure you lay off handling it so it will feed for you.
Re: My new ball. Too skinny?
Ok.
Btw, he weights 220 gramms.
Re: My new ball. Too skinny?
Mine is on the skinny side too. It's depressing :(.
Re: My new ball. Too skinny?
My snake was a little thin, and I did get a feeding history with it. He started on crawlers, but after his first shed I switched to full adult mice. He has plumped up nicely. He is now 9 months old and looks really good.
