Thinking of getting a BD

I have been contemplating purchasing a Bearded Dragon. One of the main questions that I have is about feeding. I have read about the vegetables that I should feed it, but I have also read about feeding it crickets and silkworms. How often should they be fed crickets?

Beardies will need crickets/silkworms daily for the first year of life then only about 3 times a week as a adult unless its a gravid female then she would need to go back on bugs daily.
