    please help :)
A collegue of mine at another store has had a African Bullfrog tadpole dumped on him today , he wants to keep it but he has never owned one before and is also not online.
ive been looking for a decent caresheet that covers the tadpole stage as well as the frog stage but after a few hours searching i can only find caresheets on adult bullfrogs???
please help it is a African bullfrog tadpole (Pyxicephalus adspersus) , anyone know a decent caresheet that covers the care of tadpoles??

    thanks in advance :)

well I know nothing about pyxie frogs, but i do know that a lot of the tadpoles diet can be found from the shape of it's mouth. That being said, a lot of times people use either the standard fish food worms or brine shrimp for surface to mid level feeders, with a lot of people using frozen lettuce or algae pellets as the main staple. Mind you I haven't kept amphibians in years, and I could be wrong, but I hope this helps.

Those have to be one of the coolest frogs ot there. :) From my limited knowledge, their care differs from horned frogs b/c africans get much larger and also are pretty good hoppers.
I know of a very good frog forum; not sure if I can post a link here or not, PM me if interested.

id keep some anacharis in their to give the tadpole a constant source of food. or leave the light on longer to get some good algae growth.
