    Thank You Becky!
I was freaking out a bit last night. My dog's muzzle had gotten pretty swollen. She wasn't too sensitive about it, and she ate fine. She just had very puffy lips. Thanks to Becky's (SatanicIntention) advice, she's looking great this morning. *big sigh of relief* She's an older dog, and has an odd habit at snapping at flies and other bugs. (which I didn't even consider until Becky asked about a possible sting) With the warm weather here, I've been noticing a lot of bugs coming out. So a little benedryl later, and voila! No puffiness.

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!   :sunny:

(who knew something useful could come out of an 8ball chat? :O )

    Benydril+dogs= heaven!

My dog snaps too. He hasn't gotten ahold of a stinging insect yet, but I am sure he will! It also calms them. Give it to them before a long drive and before a storm(if they are scared) and it calms them right down!

Aww glad to hear the dog's feeling better hon. We had a Lab that used to snap at bugs and she got stung on the tongue twice by hornets. Silly dog never did learn to leave them be. I'm glad Becky thought of that and that the meds worked out so well.
