insurance headaches

This is the second time my insurance company has posted my charge card multiple times for 1 payment. That is the last straw. I got 2 charges this time to my account. I guess they aren't making enough as it is. They are going to give me a refund, but that's after the fact. AARGH!!!!:mad:

That's terrible they keep doing that. 1 time I can see, but more then that is just BS.

Will be going elsewhere for insurance next month. I'm having to do all the leg work to clear it up. Was too far into the bank posting for them to stop it.
