lighting

i'm using 75w infared light for heat. is it ok to use it 24hrs a day cause if i turn it off my temps will fall into the 70s do they need the 12hr lights off?

The snake cannot see the red light so it can be used 24/7. Make sure to keep humidity up though, they tend to suck the air dry.
