    Fooling a BP
since BPs are nocturnal, (correct me if im wrong) that means when you have the lights on in their tank, they are asleep or not active and when the lights are off thats when the come out. would it be possible to fool a BP by turning the lights while its nighttime and turning off the lights while its daytime, that way i can handle the snake more often while im awake and watch more explore and be more active??

In my experience it doesn't seem to bother my boy by bringing him out during the day. It just seems like when the lights are out and its dark thats when he starts cruising around his tank and taking a poop and stuff. I'll get up in the middle of the night and lean in close to check a temp and he will pop his up and scare the bejjezzus outta me!
In order to pull this off you would need the room to be really dark, I think red lights would be OK, or just some really low wattage bulb.

As far as the snake believing its night time... I dont know, I have heard people on here mention that just as you know when your in your house that the sun has gone down, so would the snake.

Make a documentary about it and let us know!

LOL.....Loki does that to me all the time!

As far as tricking your snake goes, I know that Merlin is only active at night,
or when it's really dark around the tank. Loki, on the other hand, is active whenever he feels "frisky"....
