Help my snake got bite by a mouse/rat

ok so i tryed getting and adult mouse for my BP and the mouse bit my snake...i thought to that was normal so i let it go for a bout 2 mins and my snake curled up in a ball and the mouse bit her again....what should i do i really wanna get her off of frozen mice but i dont want her to get hurt...i even tryed to find a smalled mouse at the shop but i couldnt find one...

My biggest question would be why do you want to get her off of frozen thawed? Do you know how many people fight to get their animals onto frozen thawed? I would just keep ordering the F/T mice for your snake. Just my two cents. As for the bites, if they are not deep, a little neosporin on the cut, and keep them clean should heal it up quick, and after the next shed, they will probably be almost unnoticeable.

I keep a pair of tongs handy at feeding time, and anytime a mouse starts to bite I slip the tongs between it and the snake. It only takes a few seconds for them to weaken and stop biting, and I've never had one do any actual damage.

well when i bought her at the pet store the guy was feeding her live but they didnt sell them there so i just got f/t untill i could gte live and now im worried about her getting hurt....

hey and also...this probily sounds dumb...but i had 2 snake guys tell me the sex of the BP and one said it was a female and one said male...so im not sure but the guy who sold it to me said it was also a female so is there anyway i can cheak and find out?

I still don't understand why you want to change to live if you've already got him eating frozen/thawed? As Tim said, many people struggle to get theirs to take frozen/thawed and you've already successfully converted him!

As for sex, you will need to get him probed or popped by an experienced vet, breeder or hobbiest who knows how to probe or pop.
