how old is my bp?

i got her for christmas and she measured 17" in length- i don't know when she was born or how old she is. is there anyway to tell, or can anyone make an educated guess on how old my ball python might be?

could be anything from under a year to just under two years, depends on how consistantly it was being fed and cared for. what does everyone else guess?

Can you post a picture? 17" sounds small and so a rough guess would be a summer 2006 baby. A weight would help too. Or what you are feeding it?

I believe her avatar is her snake, it's the same picture in her gallery. She "looks" like she's less than a year old.
