Where is everyone buying their humidifiers and how much are you paying? I want to get one for the room when it is done but the only ones I have seen so far were at Home Depot for like $150

    10x16

I do live in a pretty humid area, but for the winter times when it is down to 20-25% humidity I would like to keep it a little easier to maintain than misting twice a day everyday

I would be careful of making the room too humid. Hear in southern Cali it's dry and one year in the winter I ran a humidifier and had mold problems behind furniture. I found it much easier to allow a smaller area of ventilation in each tub and a wider water bowl and the snakes were fine. They only need 50% humidity and if it's 25% a water bowl can raise that easy. Just kick it up with a mist when in shed. We go through weeks of 10% humidity with hot winds and I'm fine just adjusting the air holes. Mold is bad news actually made me sick. I never use a humidifier any more and I live in a desert.

Thanks for the input. I am hoping since they will be in a well insulated room I will not need any humidifier. It will all be connected with my rat room so the water buckets for the watering will be putting moisture in the air and when I put in the water bowls I am expecting it to be high enough.
