Cool pics - I was looking at getting into Red Ackies when I used to keep Tegu's - the Argentines were cool, but a Colombian Black nailed me once a little more than I expected.

I could not picture getting into larger monitors either - Nice bite wound pic man

Great pictures Daniel! I forgot how small those storri really are! Your male ackie looks a bit grumpy...I need to get me a few!

Feel free to post pictures anytime.

BTW, any DIY write up on that cage?

    What cage? ;)

The cage in the storri pic is just a basic wooden enclosure with sliding door....I just ran a 1X8 down the front so that I cold stack up dirt. The storri will be in there until next week. I am still working on their new cage since I just picked up the materials I was missing yesterday. I will take a few pics of it when I am done.

The ackie cage was not built by me. All it really consists of is a plexi top hinged on a 150 gallon rubbermaid stock tank....nothing too spectacular.

I really want to get the storri enclosure done this weekend, so if the weather is right, I will snap a few pics as I am finishing it out.

Haha - I've had my savannah for 2 years now - I've not been bitten yet ;) I haven't been bitten by any of my snakes yet either - but I'm sure my luck is fast running out. Only thing I've been bitten by is my smallest rankin dragon - because it confused me with a waxworm  Funniest thing to see Little Dude hanging onto my hand it was like WTH????
