Do you have digital cable in your area? I know where I live, Comcast moved several channels (not Animal Planet though, thankfully) farther up the band so that you needed a box to continue getting them.

I hate Timewarner. I still have Animal Planet (47 up here) and 70 Which is Spike TV here. But this whole thing with Fox is rediculous. Ever since Timewarner took over Adelphia up here in the North West my internet is down all the time, my email never seems to work. I am pretty computer savvy, I used to work as a tech. I know its not my computer. Thats what they keep trying to convince me of lol. Too bad my mom, my uncle, and my husbands family are having the same problems. Huh, must just be my comuter!! Sorry for the rant. It just never does any good talking to those people.

I've had SO much trouble with TW. I had them out to my house 1-2 times a week for 6 weeks trying to get my internet to work. Then TW was on the news about purposely blacking out certain areas so the richer areas wouldnt lose service and cancel.

comcast bought out time warner/road runner.

they switched around most of my channels, and it sux. they also have a really sucky policy about upload bandwidth that really ticked off my hubby.

I really dont care for comcast
